What types of resources will I find here?
There are three types of resources on this site:

1. Sale items where the price is listed and shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. A $1 handling fee is charged for each resource and a $3 order fee is also added on.
2. Free items where you pay the shipping, handling and order fees.
3. Free items where a churchwide unit pays the shipping, handling and order fees.

Do I have to log in to place an order?
A login is not required. If you'd like to retrieve your order information at a later date, or avoid having to enter your delivery information when you place orders in the future, you'll want to create a site login.

How do I locate the resource I'm looking for?
If you can't find the resource you need by searching or browsing the catalog by category, you may be able to find it for free download by searching on www.elca.org, or for purchase from Augsburg Fortress at www.augsburgfortress.org  If you still can't find what you're looking for, call 800-638-3522 or write to info@elca.org.
