ELCA Coaching Ministry is growing and changing to better serve the needs of our faith leaders and the world around us. We believe focusing on a consistent, proven, clearly articulated set of priorities and standards will help create an atmosphere of coaching excellence for both our coaches and the leaders we accompany. In addition, we trust providing these benchmark competencies creates consistency in expectations and information while providing an important framework for our synods that are developing cultures of coaching.
